The Ideathon's focus is "Health management." We need your input on the overall leadership and management of both public and private healthcare organizations to improve the existing technology in the field.

Sustainable Consumption and Production is about doing more and better with less. “Evolution of the Sustainable Consumption and Production” has been a theme at the UN and through this ideathon, we are now bringing it to you guys as well. The first production line was made in the 20th century and is still widely used, living in the 21st century, don't you think we should build something more apt for our generation.

Details about the Rounds:
Round 1: This will be a shortlisting round. Each team has to present an abstract of their ideas on any one theme. You can make the submission in the form of ppt, website, application, pdf, model, etc. The brief should be as well explained as possible. The top 10 teams qualify for the next round.
Round 2: The teams selected for Round 2 are required to present their ideas offline at GTBIT. Those who cannot appear offline can also present online through google meet. The proposal will contain the executive summary, need analysis/secondary survey, the scope of the idea, step-wise implementation plan, impact analysis of the idea, timeline for execution, and references. The top 3 teams qualify for the final round.
Final Round: In the final round, the teams selected for the final round will be invited to GTBIT, Delhi on 3rd September 2022. The selected teams will then present their solution in front of the esteemed panel/ judges.
The top entries will win cash prizes as well as certificates.

Timeline for The Competition:
For the last two rounds, the teams have to report at GTBIT, New Delhi by 9:45 AM. In case the team can't report offline, kindly join online, the link of which will be provided a day prior to the competition.
Yes, you may submit your project as a team (maximum of 4 and minimum of 2). Good teams will typically have a mix of design and developer skills.
Participation in the ideathon is completely free!
Yes! The project you built is yours to keep. We will only have the permission to display your work and ideas on our website
Totally fine if you never coded before actually! If this is your first time participating in an ideathon, this can be a great opportunity to learn! You can display your projects with the help of PPTs, PDFs, and other non coded formats.
Yes, it is totally fine if members of your teams are from different colleges.
No!! A single team can win only prize based on the result of the judges, from the category of either the top 3 or special tracks.
No!! The projects with coded interfaces will have a slight advantage over non-coded ones but exepetions always exist.
Totally fine if you if you can not visit, we will provide you with a meet link for partiicipation(Only for Non-Delhi Residents).
